I woke up this morning, thinking about the atmosphere of my salon, the culture, how a person would feel when they left… sigh.

There are so many steps I have to take before getting my salon, it obviously doesn’t stop a girl from dreaming even when she is awake. The good thing about not having my salon yet, is I get to share this journey with you. The bad thing about it, I get to share this journey with you. I smile when I say that, because what journey is with out road blocks and detours. Sometimes you take a wrong turn on a one-way street and have to go all the way around just to get back to where you was. At least then you know to go the other direction.

The happiness, the disappointment, the excitement the fear. I’m sitting here asking myself am I really going to do this? Am I really going to birth a child? Many clients have told me that the pain of having a child is one that can’t be described, but neither can the joy of seeing the child for the first time. I was told all the pain is gone instantly. I wonder if it will be like that for me too. When I actually open the doors to “Certified Head Turner” when I’m cutting the ribbon. Will I instantly forget about the road blocks? All I know is that there is joy at the end of this road to parodies.

Certified Head Turner, is a fun, trendy, trendsetting, up to date salon. Very professional and relaxing. It’s a place where both clients/guest as well as employees, look forward to coming. It’s like coffee first thing in the morning, your favorite song through out the day, those first calls with a new lover ” you hang up, no you hang up” it’s the smile you get when your crush says hi or decides to follow you on Instagram. It’s that phone call that says you got the job of your dreams or the last five minutes before you get off work. What I’m trying to say is Certified Head Turner is that moment you’ve been waiting for. You can just let your hair down and every day feels like customer appreciations day because a new confidence is built a renewing of relationship.
